So on the first day i took my .20 cents turned it into 1.07.... not bad idk what the rake back or how many tourneys it took to do that but from here on out i am going to be tracking all this the best i can :P
Day 2 Starting roll: 1.07
So this day was fun i played 30 .11 super turbo 6 maxs..... cashing in 13 of them: 4 1st place finishes at .39 a pop. Leaving the other 9 cashes as 2nd places for .21 a pop. This is exciting that i cashed in nearly .50% of the tourneys i played, allowing me to profit. I am not aware if this percentage is above or below the average for semipro/winning players. All in all when i make a profit i am happy.
So as i was crushing these throughout the day usually 2 at a time, i decided to degen like an idiot and play outside of my bankroll and played a .60 mtt looking for a huge booster to the roll. This was a terrible idea because i did not cash and i went on a down swing after making me fear the challenge would be ended after day 2. Would have been a huge sigh because i have much higher faith and belief of my poker playing.
Also rakeback is going to be huge, and today i earned .14 cents, mainly due to the .60 center i should not have played. Yet this will help me on break even days :)
This did help me though by forcing me to realize i need to create a broad playing range asap in order to continue this successfully. This is a rough draft of my plan (suggestions are helpfull)
<$1.80: i am allowed to play the .11 super turbos
$1.80 to $10.60: i can play .60 9 man sngs and below meaning mtts under .59 cents (assuming 1 rebuy/addon)
$11.00 and above: i can play 1.10 and under sit and goes and .60 and under mtts
I feel like this is all i need for now, but as we increase the roll i will roll out new plans ;)
Day 3 Starting roll: woops i dont remember :(
So today i played 30 .11 super turbos.
Placed 1st: 3 times (sigh lots of running bad heads up)
Placed 2nd: 11 times
I will only be keeping track of the cashes for now, unless i find myself to continue to break even. In that case i will track my finishes and see if im just playing bad on the bubble etc etc and start reviewing hand histories. Im semi surprised that i am having such success because i havent played many superturbos in my poker years. I am learning to love them though i cant wait to give the super turbo mtts a go. I will make them my B****.
Anyone with suggestions or questions please throw them my way. For i want to make this awesome as the roll grows. Maybe this will be looked back on as furgeson type. ha (I can dream cant I?????)
Thanks everyone :)
