Updates for all

So that right there is a ticket into the 100k gurantee on bovada, which i will be unable to play today thanks to my job! I tried to get off last minute seeing as i won the ticket last night via their lucky draw. Also to be honest it is not a site i suggest to players. I mean they have easy players, but their are many down falls to the site.

Let me just get started with the fact that they recently changed their name from bodog to bovada. This is normal for companies just weird for a somewhat known company. Yet with that change they also took the players names off the tables! This pisses me off the most, because now you can no longer take notes or realize who your playing against. We all know that notes are one of the most important things to us poker grinders. We need to know how people play to find the most +ev to play back against them. The only plus to this is that all the people that are poker tracker grinders will no longer play on here which makes the site a little softer. So now my tracker is completely pointless, which is why most of my play will remain on Carbon Poker!

As for the 100k seat the plan is to play it this coming weekend, and I'm gonna ship that shit! What will be done with the winnings is ill buy a car that isnt a POS. The rest will go to complete my schooling and continue my live grind. (aka the entire winnings will be cashed out in chunks) (eff u bodog/bovada)!

Anyways since thats out of the way i havent shipped anything big on carbon, just been grindin away at sngs and a few mtts. Most of my play is going into live play where im beginning to excel. I started playing live bout 2 weeks ago now. I have played 3 tourneys running deep in every one bubbled 2/3 and bout 7 places away from payday in the other. So one of these times the ship fest is going to begin and im gonna win big just been drawing dead on the final tables/near them.

Made a huge mistake in my play in the last one, i had 99 utg i limped in instead of raising because didnt wanna open up my stack to the big stacks on the table. So i had 1 other limper and the BB in the flop. FLop came 1087 so my 9s are most likely good here so i bet a lil over half the pot. The big stack that limped in folded and the BB raised to 12k bout 3 times my original bet. So i sat there and pondered, and ended up deciding he was making a move, so in return i shipped my entire stack for 30k+! The thing that shocked me was he snapped called with 76... Well turn came blank and on the river he hits a 7... WTF! i shook everyones hand and then stormed off to grab a beer and cool down before cash game play.

None the less since i have begin playing live im up around $500.00 even after blanking every tourney!

I should stick to cash games but i get too much joy out of the tourney grind.... #firstworldproblems :P
